Luke has been involved within the building industry for over 30 years. Luke began his career in Local Government working at both Canterbury City Council and Leichardt Council, he left the public sector in January 2000 to work as an Operations Manager at Boral Construction Materials but soon realised his heart was in building surveying and certification.

Luke went back to work for Local Government in Canada Bay Council for a further 5 years before entering the Private Sector and starting NHC Group in 2010 where he has built a solid reputation and firm relationships with builders and demolishers, specialising in small to medium residential developments throughout the Sydney and South Coast Region.

With 23 years in the building industry, Gareth combines extensive experience from both public and private sectors. He spent 15 years in Local Government, building a strong foundation in regulatory processes and compliance, followed by 8 years with D & C Ferguson Building Inspection Services, specializing in private-sector inspection and certification.

Living on the South Coast for the past 16 years, Gareth has developed a deep understanding of the region’s building standards and unique regulatory requirements. His dual background in government and private roles brings a balanced perspective and commitment to compliance, safety, and quality across all projects. Known for his attention to detail and local expertise, Gareth is a trusted choice for certification and inspection services in the South Coast area.

Mark brings over 30 years of experience to our team, with a solid foundation from his 21 years at Sutherland Shire Council. In his roles as Development Assessment Officer and Compliance Officer, Mark gained extensive expertise in regulatory processes, development approvals, and compliance, building a well-rounded skill set across building and certification functions.

Since joining NHC Group in 2015, Mark has become an essential asset to our clients, providing tailored certification and inspection services for the Southern and Eastern areas of Sydney. He began his career at Kogarah Bay City Council, spending 15 years there and progressing from a trainee Health and Building Surveyor to a seasoned professional. He then spent an additional 12 years with Sutherland Shire Council, further honing his skills in building inspections and compliance.

Since joining NHC Group in 2015, Craig has become an essential resource for clients across the South Coast and Southwest Sydney regions.
