Luke has been involved within the building industry for over 30 years.  Luke began his career in Local Government working at both Canterbury City Council and Leichardt Council, he left the public sector in January 2000 to work as an Operations Manager at Boral Construction Materials but soon realised his heart was in building surveying and certification.

Luke went back to work for Local Government in Canada Bay Council for a further 5 years before entering the Private Sector and starting New Home Certification Group in 2011 where he has built a solid reputation and firm relationships with builders and demolishers, specialising in small to medium residential developments.  Residing in the Eurobodalla region he covers suburbs throughout Sydney and South Coast.

Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the building industry.  After 21 years with Sutherland Shire Council including roles as Development Assessment Officer and Compliance Officer where he gained extensive experience, Mark joined New Home Certification Group in 2015.  Mark provides a range of certification and inspection services to meet the needs for our clients in Southern Sydney & South Coast regions.

Craig has over 30 years’ experience in the building industry.  Craig joined New Home Certification Group in 2015 after 15 years with Kogarah Bay City Council, where he started as a trainee Health and Building Surveyor, then completed a further 12 years with Sutherland Shire Council before joining our team.  Craig resides in the Shoalhaven region and services the inspection needs for our clients on the South Coast, including Shoalhaven & Eurobodalla.

Gareth has 23 years in the industry, with 15 years with Local Government and a further 8 years in the private sector with D & C Ferguson Building Inspection Services. Gareth has been living on the South Coast for the past 16 years and has extensive local experience in both certification and inspection services.

Don has over 50 years’ experience as a Building Inspector/ Building Surveyor. He started his career as a Trainee at Shoalhaven Shire (City) Council in 1974, then after 18 years as a Health and Building Inspector left for employment in Private industry, at such time formed and operated D & C Ferguson Building Inspection Services, carrying out report writing, private building inspections, trouble shooting, opinions of building regulations and issues, Prepurchase Building Inspections and the like. He applied for and gained Certification in 2000 and started Private Certification for all Classes of Building and carrying out all relevant inspections of the buildings under construction.
Don has serviced the Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla Council areas since his Accreditation and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience for approval, inspections and troubleshooting for all classes of building.
